• Both versions are stored until the item is sold or listing is removed
• Your photos are not used to train AI models
• You retain ownership of your uploaded images

All payments are processed through Mollie or Stripe.

We do not receive direct access to your payment details, such as bank account numbers or credit card information. Mollie and Stripe handle the identification of sellers in accordance with European law and PCI DSS standards.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unauthorized access, including:

• SSL security (HTTPS)
• Encrypted storage via Supabase
• Row-level security policies
• Regular security audits

10. AI Image Processing

Blaire uses Google Gemini AI to enhance your experience. Here's what you need to know:

a. Listing Image Enhancement

When you upload a clothing item, you can optionally use AI to enhance the image background.

• What's processed: Your clothing photo and your text prompt describing the desired background
• What's generated: A new image with an enhanced background while preserving the original item
• Original retained: We always keep your original photo alongside the AI version
• No training: Your photos are NOT used to train AI models

b. Virtual Try-On (AI Closet)

Our AI try-on feature lets you see how items might look on you.

• What's processed: Your full-body reference photo and the clothing item image
• Biometric data: This includes your body shape, proportions, and visible facial features
• Processing: Google Gemini AI generates a composite image showing you wearing the item
• Storage: Your reference photo is stored until you delete it or close your account
• Control: You can delete your reference photo at any time from Settings

c. AI Safety Measures

• AI cannot generate images of real celebrities or public figures
• Content is moderated to prevent inappropriate or harmful outputs
• All AI operations are logged for security and abuse prevention

d. Data Retention for AI

• Google Gemini: Does not retain your images after processing
• Blaire: Stores your reference photo until you delete it
• Enhanced images: Stored with your listing until the listing is removed

11. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict processing or object
• Transfer data (data portability)
