How We Met
This whole thing actually started as a compulsory project for an Entrepreneurship minor. Stephy came up with the initial idea after going to Bulgarian fleamarkets and realizing that second-hand clothes were so overpriced on Vinted and physical stores. She instantly convinced Alma who was already interested in thrifting.
And the rest? Bowen and Daniel joined because the energy was right, honestly. The clock was ticking for the team formation deadline, and we all kind of vibed with each other. Might not seem super romantic, but we instantly clicked as people but also as a team: Blaire was born.
The moment we realized this was more than just a passing grade? Seeing the genuine excitement from other students, getting to actually collaborate with amazing campus groups, and feeling that momentum as a team. We actually put in the work.

Alma
Joining Blaire is a full time job but I also read a lot, hang out with friends and play Fortnite on the side. Meeting these people has been one of the best experiences. Can't wait to make Blaire the next big thing.
Stephy
Hellooo, I'm Stephy, an economics student here at UvA, and I'm so excited to finally launch Blaire for you. I'm always blown away every day I come to campus and see everyone dressed so well. I'm super excited to see what you'll upload!
Bowen
I'm Bowen! I love sports, laughing with friends and co-founders and learning languages. I've been wondering what being an entrepreneur is like. And there you go: it's insanely cool. Blaire has taught me so much already, can't wait for what's coming!!
Daniel
Hi I'm Daniel, I'm a big nerd who likes eating chicken and rice and drinking white Monsters. I'm excited to be a part of the team and this journey.
Our Vision
We're not just building a marketplace - we're building a movement. Starting with Amsterdam, we want to make sustainable fashion the norm on every university campus in the Netherlands.
Our goal? To prove that you don't need to sacrifice style for sustainability. That students can look good, save money, and save the planet - all at the same time.
We're still learning, still growing, and still having way too much fun doing it. The best part? We get to do it together.
